To first post on this page: WTF. That's like at least 3 gs on skis, half of which do the same thing...sick though
 
i dont understand why people keep buying bindings for the new boards they buy. why not transfer them over? there is no reason to have more than 2 pairs of skis, especially if they are all the same type of ski. i really dont think half of them get used. i have two sets and only use my 110s when we get some actual snow. i couldnt imagine having a third set to fill the middle size. i would never use it
 
if I could afford it I'd have 4. One for non pow days, one for a rock ski, one for deep days and shorter tours, and one super light setup for longer tours.
 
when my msp's broke i put the old '06 deadbolts on some afterbangs i picked up last season. i love how much steel tyrolia uses in their design and will continue to support 4frnt as long as they put out durable as hell bindings. i'll keep using them as long as i can
i agree with you about the bindings, but not the two limit quiver. i think the addition of powder and touring setups are necessary for any longterm ski bums
 
Don't have any photos, but this kid from Iowa has 09/10 Volkl Ledges in 176cm with Salomon STH-14 bindings, and 09/10 179 K2 Kung Fujas with Look Pivot 14's. Works pretty well for me with the couple times a year I head out west, I don't need anything spectacular being from the land of corn.

Ahh, I want try riding a pair of Deathwishes so bad. Good luck not breaking those z12s though. Hopefully they hold up better for you than they did for me.
 
i barely ride the suspects any more haha, and yeah the z12's are not great, i just keep the set up around for when i do partake in the occasional park lap day or jib
 
Figgured out what im getting. 187 yle for everyday riding and jibing around mountian and 190 double helix for pow and touring. Going to retire my arvs at the end of this season and puting on the old fks on the yle which i will get at the end of the season. Will be buying the double helix as soon as i can and will be getting adrenaline 16 or 13. I think that the 13 might not be burly enough for me being 220 lbs

It probably wouldn't have been my first choice, but I get to use them for free for the year through my work, so why the hell not?
 
Love to see support for those bindings, I have two pairs and love them. Shops always look so confused when I bring in my bindings.

well we have this small room right under the roof and when we were younger, having a pole there was kinda awesome. Nowadays noone goes up there anymore really.
 
Haha no, I just keep my skis downstairs, may as well not move them too far just for a picture.

I have Sollyfit plates on the EHPs and some Dynafit Verticals in the binding horde. I prefer the tech fitting soles to the DIN soles on the Cochise for walking in the bar :S
