I have 163 mad trix, but am curious cause I might be able to get a deal...how light are the 165 1260s or the 168 scratches in comparison to the mad trix? If I get a deal I just want a ski that is mad light.

We'll have you dead pretty soon.

I hardly notice the difference between my 181 madtrix all mtn twins and my 168 scratch park skis. But I have pretty good leg strength. Weight isn't THAT big a deal, especially since pretty much all skis are as light as you need them. What you should ask yourself is if you want the softness of the scratches. Madtrix are stiff. I love both skis.

By the way get some longer skis... if you're only gonna have one pair id get 174 scratches, in a year or so you wont regret it.

Nah dude I'm gonna keep the mad trix too. Right now I have those and a Pair of Rossi cobras (not twins) which are 167. Mid to high 160s is my kind of length. I've stopped growing and im 5'8'...135 pounds...

We'll have you dead pretty soon.

1260's are much much lighter than madtrix. scratchs are a little bit lighter, but the mad trix is better than either. if you want light though, go 1260.

i didn't come here with pants, and i'm not leaving with pants

pretty much anything is lighter then mad trix, but not much out there is more durable or better all around then the MT.

PHLY PHAT PHRESH PHO REAL

1260s are super light and well balanced, but they arent as durable as the mad trix. i have both skis, and i would say i ride them equally, they both have their benefits.

publicenemy270: matty i love you

matty jeronimo: haha

matty jeronimo: thanks

publicenemy270: non homosexually

matty jeronimo: of course

1260's are probly the lightest twintip out there and the scratches are not so light and madtrix are heavy as far as twintips go but that doesnt say much cus ther still really light. i would get scratches. but thats just me

dont get it twisted

If light weight is all you care about, get the 1260. They ski like shit all-mountain, though.

ns ogre crew

Some kid who lived on my floor freshman year came into my room and said. 'I'm never touching the internet again.'

'why?'

'I was bored, and I typed in shiteaters.com, and there is actually a shiteaters.com... and they were eating shit. The internet is sick.'

If you ride like there aint no tomorrow and bear the living shit out of skis go with the madtrix, if ya have finesse and do a smooth fast style go with the 1260's
