1260 Salvage

I've got an old pair of 1260s which I ripped the bindings out of last year. I was thinking about using them as a jib/backyard ski, but after ripping the bindings out 3 times, they're thoroughly fucked. Is there something I can fill them with so I can redrill them, or can I mount bindings farther back? The shop I went to told me they were no good for anything, but I have them, so I thought maybe I could still bash them around a little.

get a pair of bindings with a different mounting pattern. and yeah, a good epoxy should do the trick, or how bout heelcoils?
