11/12 and 12/13 booters?

Is there any difference? I got fitted to the 12/13 booter and i like the fit and all but i would need atleast a #6 flex so buying this years boot and new tongues is out of my budget so i am thinking about getting last years booter getting new tongues for it and a custom foot bed and if i have the money possibly a pro liner as well. So bottom line i was wondering if they changed anything OTHER THAN THE GRAPHIC from last year to this year? +Karma for help and advice

Thanks NS

I'm not 100% positive. But I am pretty sure nothing has been changed. If I were you I'd get last years with all that custom stuff. (custom footbeds are amazing)

i have the 2012 booters and 2013 booter i like them both a lot great boot. i prefer to use the 2012 model because the 2012 model is designed for people that have a wide or chunky foot. Like me. The 2013 ones do not.

The last featured on both the 12 and 13 model is the same (a 99 last). The featured last is a 99 which is not exactly a wide last.

They go anywhere from really cheap. To super expensive. And there are a few different kinds of footbeds. I have flexible ones. And there are rigid ones as well. Mine were 200$ (I got hooked up for free. Claim?) They are amazing. just head to a boot fitter and he can suggest a great pair for you!

now this may be a stupid question but does getting fitted actually cost anything because at my shop we have a guy who fits boots for people but isnt really a fitter so they reccommended me one does it cost to get fitted?

ya i they measured my fore foot and it was 102 the same last as the booter and the fit is exactly what the said so im thinking im good

No, you can walk into a shop and ask them and they will help you try on some boots and recommend the right one for you. At that point you can choose to walk out and buy those boots, on the Internet or somewhere else, or buy them there.

At any legit place, if you buy the boot there. They do all of the boot work/fitting/molding for free. (excluding buying footbeds of course). If you buy boots somewhere else and bring them in to be fitted to your foot then you have to pay.

If you're considering doing the get shop fitted and then buy online because you know you can get it cheaper online, tell them and see if thay can do anything for you on price and services because afterall they are a business and are looking for sales. If your custom is value they will try and get do something for you, you just have to ask. It sounds like a dick move but prices are based on what people agree to pay for products and services. You've got nothing to lose.

Sorry my bad, got confused between Booters and DropKicks, OP Booters are the same shell as the HighFive. I fucked up on two accounts OP, as I believe the 2013 Booters feature a rubber heel block unlike years past.
