1080p blur?

ok so i use sony vegas 7 pro, and when i upload my videos to youtube, its super cleary, but when the skiers spin they are kind of blurry. is there a way to fix this?

when i go to properties, it says the frame rate is 29.970 (NTSC)..

...but yeah. Higher shutter speed and deinterlace (combine your fields into one frame). Like heath said, 1/120 is more than fine, that's what I use.
