1080 moguls or 1080s

I've used both, and I really like em. Here is my personal rating(and again this is from a pretty high level expert skier who has ridden them both)

~~~1080~~~
Bigger Hits:A
Jibs/Rails:B+
Moguls:B-
Backcountry:A
Steeps(groomed):B
~~~1080 Mogul~~~

Bigger Hits:C

Jibs/Rails:A-

Moguls:A+++

Backcountry:F-

Steeps(groomed):B-

hopes this helps. I would def. get the regular 1080's, not the moguls. the reg. ones are so much more versitle.

why wouldnt you comprimise and try to find a pair of last years tens? kind of inbetween the 2 size wise. Just an idea.

well to keep it real I started being a Poser Poser. I dress and act like a poser, but i'm not really a poser. I just pose to look like a poser posing. you know just keepin it underground

If you want a twin specifically for the park and bumps, get the 1080 Mogul, since that is what it was made for. There shouldn't even be a question there. You get a ski that is built for the task you want it to do. The best thing in your case would be to build up a ski quiver (since you seem to want task-specific skis). That is, get a mogul ski, get an all-mountain ski, and get a powder ski.

even IF they do delam, Salomon are real good with warrenties.

I think a pair of last years would be a real good solution. But I have this yeas 1080s and they are surprisingly nimble edge to edge for the waist size. I love them, they're so much fun.

Made in Tasmania.

Suitable for ages 5+.

Set includes lots of guns and ski equipment.

yeah, i have all mountain skis and backcountry powder skis and shitty skis for jibbing, but im looking for something a little more nimble in the bumps and that will also perform well in the park. seeing as how park is the major priority i think ill go with the regular 1080s...

thanks for the advice!

Dude, if you want a park and bump ski, buy a park and bump ski (1080 Mogul, Pow'Air Mogul, Mad Trix Mogul).

that's an easy question. the originals. go with the 1080's not the mogul crap. if your not a mogul person don't get a ski that's for moguls

In the initial post, he said he wanted skis for the park and bumps - hence, he needs a mogul ski.
