$1000 van and a Timber spring pass

I have an opportunity to buy a 94' Chevy van with only 44,000 miles on it for $1000. And I work seasonal Jobs and can travel the entire month of May (or more if I choose to) What I am wondering is, does the "spring pass" for Timberline still exist? From my understanding it typically goes on sale late in the season and is around $120 and is good for about 30 days of skiing. The last time I looked into this was in 2013 (so I could be completely wrong.) I live in Colorado and have never even skied at timberline, so I'm a little in the dark with the whole situation. I'm looking at this van Saturday morning with the intention of having a queen mattress (which I am told by the seller does fit) in the back for my dog and I, and only using it to make road trips west of Colorado once a year. Any info on the Timberline spring pass, living in a 10 year old van, and how to go about this all would be very helpful, Thank you!

dont have anything valuable to say about this other than the van is 20 years old not 10 shah

I've heard that if you buy a van with intentions of sleeping in it for a month to go skiing you'll step out in fives years in a cloud of pot smoke with a beard and no job.

Make sure to post about it, I'll be holding my breath

do it. The pass usually goes on sale around March or April I believe. You can either stay in the parking lot of Tline or you can go and find a spot somewhere in the woods. The biggest struggle while living in your car/camping out there is usually just keeping all of your shit dry. Finding dry wood for fires can be tough so staying in the parking lot and using the lodge's facilities can be a life saver. The weather is really unpredictable around that time so be ready for anything from rain and snow to blue bird sunny days.

I'm actually genuinely a little embarrassed. Hahaha. I swear I deleted this thread but it's still showing up. So now I have two... One where the 94' van is 10 years old and one where it is 20. And one where I am skiing at timber and the other at timberline. I've been a member for almost a decade now and I still can't make a post without making a fool of myself. I should probably read what I type before I create the thread.(hence why I never post)
