Trey got seventy-fucking-three! Thats absurd. Keith Richards and Kurt Cobain beat fucking Jerry man! Why. nils lofgren is better than 3/4 of the people on that list. jack white?!?! you got to be kidding me. and kurt cobain was a great artist and all, but there was nothing impressive or technically difficult about his guitar play. I can teach anyone with fingers that work how to play smells like teen spirit in 5 minutes.

my top picks would be slash, the guitarist from Dokken...absolutely amazing...if you don't believe me just listen to the live version of Paris is Burning....and of course Prince...yes, yes prince is an astounding guitarist...played every solo on every one of his songs...not only that he plays several types of guitar...most can only play one...like lead metal or punk rock or acoustic....but he can play lead, acoustic metal, funk, bass....and those are just two of the 20+ instruments he plays fluently

there are soooo many guitarist that people dont even know about that just kick ass...there is no way to really rank them...when they do try and rank them, it just leads to arguments and arguments...personally...i think anybody who can play the guitar on that list kicks ass
