Well clearly age has nothing to do with it since you think $10 will get you something remotely close to a quality design. There is also the fact that anyone who is serious about getting a tattoo would generally have the artist that is going to be tattooing them draw it.

Never gotten a tattoo before so I don't know the protocol... Bro.. And Im still thinkin over the idea too
