so for my entrepreneurship class we've come up with an idea for a business that basically involves a mobile catering service for tailgates, concerts, corporate get togethers, parties, etc. The idea is that we'd have a full service mobile kitchen type thing that we'd bring to your events and cook gourmet food on-site that has been previously determined by the customer.
anyways i need to do some market research and any and all responses are helpful. it's a 10 question survey, shouldn't take more than a minute or 2 to complete. It asks about what you'd be willing to pay and what you'd prefer in terms of the hypothetical service.

Good idea, although, throughout the many tailgates i have been to... I would tend to agree that preparing the food is half the fun as someone above me put it, i don't know that this is always the case though and maybe you could work around that, good luck with it man.
 
yeah man we've thought about that and its a big issue. I mean not an issue because to each his/her own basically.
the point of the class is to learn to how to develop a business plan and conduct a feasibility analysis so like if we determine that its not really possible to do this idea and have it be profitable it's alright but its the whole "journey" to getting to that ultimate verdict that counts for this project.
