But from what I've witnessed, Some good shit about it is I'm sure it builds endurance and strength. Builds self confidence and self esteem from scoring a goal and in a sense, It helps your reflexes and hand-eye coordination. Same goes for skiing. You stomp a new trick, it builds your confidence. You're whizzing through trees, It helps you become better at noticing things in your surroundings.
