I'm going to say that's wrong. It's 100% of people, since even 1 little bacterium that's benefiting off living in/on our body without any advantage to us is considered a parasite. And we've got billions of em.

There are somewhere around 10 times as many bacterial cells in your body than human cells. Also about 60% of your feces is bacteria by weight. There are most definitely parasitic bacteria in every person on the planet.
