Hey i have a 40GB Ipod Photo, color screen but it doesn't play movies. Looking for $40 bucks plus ship
It comes with the original box, USB cord, Dock and software and paperwork.Its a little scratched up but it still works good.

i just bought a 1st gen 2gb nano for 20 bucks, so if someone doesn't buy this i will be dissapointed, such a good deal.

Yes i am sure you can get the updates for any ipod right from apple.com. I have a first gen ipod that still works.
