09 Line

its line, who cares. nothing new except womens skis and they don't have the fattest womens ski out there, moment does.
 
what do you mean the grahics are bad? the only one that aren't ace as fuck are the anthem, invader and mothership. the blends and chronics have the best graphics ever imo.
 
Totally agree. Nothing nice except the Lizzies, and Blends. 'Vaders and Anthems are alright too.

Not digging much for this year...
 
Pollard I presume designed all the graphics for what might as well be his three pro-model skis, the EP Pro, (which happens to have his name in the title, convienant), the Elizabeth, and the Sir Francis Bacon.

I think those graphics are all pretty sick, especially the SFBs and the Elizabeths, those are dope.

Thats so sick they made the blend a 100 under waist, soooo needed, a softer flexing ski that has some girth. and the graphic is killer, same with the chronic, thats a pretty decent graphic.

 
The Anthem graphic was def resurrected from the 80s, but I think I could dig it, maybe... Invader is not so hot

As far as the prophet series, those are frickin sicky rolla, they are way dope, love the graphics, it depicts what those skis should be used for, hard shreddin on the mountain down steep lines and gnarly terrain
 
I was going to wait to get next year's chronic, but decided to grab the 08 just before the season closed up. They are both the same ski, same dimensions and everything, but I like the graphic on the 08 a bit more. the 09 is a bit too mellow for my tastes.

I love the 09 prophets though. Friggen awesome. I may have to demo a pair and add a set of 100's to my quiver.

Yeah, Line is way progrssive and I love how they put some more ski underneath the blend. That makes it better a softer Prophet 100, so better for BC jib, and better for pow butters, and probably amazing switch pow riding! That was smart, along with the added sidewalls make this an attractive ski and competitve for the ultimate all-mtn tool
 
flexed a pair today and they definitely aren't much softer than prophet 100's, they're still stiff. Think kind of a park oriented prophet 100 that kills everywhere

and the graphic is amazing imo
 
Thats kind of too bad, I am sad to hear that. You think not even enough flex to even notice? Cause the blend with sidewalls a softer flex and 100mm underfoot would be sucha gnarly all tn shredder. Hopefully they will shred everywhere, and agreed that the graph is steezy
 
It might just be me but the prophets remind me of a duller version of 4frnt msp, the whole mountain range thing.
 
it's kinda designed to rail everywhere which is why its stiff, soft skis tend to flounder on tough terrain.

it'd be a bitchin all mountain ski
 
The only thing they changed with the chronic is they added a thicker side wall and it is not vertical anymore. they beveled the sidewall to decrease delam from skis clacking against each other.

imo i thought that the invader graphics were pretty sick. to bad they wouldnt hold up as well as my Walls in the park
 
I tried to order the 08 seths, but k2 was sold out, so the rep told me could hook me up with any of the 09 k2 or lines after he was finished with the shows...i picked the blends
 
can you flex them for me?

so on a scale of 1 - 10, 1 being2x4 stiff and 10 being melted butter.

I would love to know since know one really knows what else has changed in the ski besides width
 
I'm from virginia and my rep works for k2 and line...its not uncommon for somebody to rep more than one company...i'll post a pic of the skis when they get here
