Ok so i want to buy some skis and i narrowed it done to 09 line invaders and 09 k2 disorderly. Not sure which one to get. I rather have a more and more durable of the 2. I am also open to any other suggestions in the 200 dollar range. just for reference i am about 5' 7 and 160 pounds and ski in the east where it is nice and icey lol

I have the 09 invaders they are a very nice ski and are good for all around the park i recomend them

well i have the k2 disorderlys and i ski on the east coast and are around your weight/height, and as always with k2 they are amazing high quality, they are my favorite park ski.
They are symmetrical, which makes it the best for rails/switch riding etc.. aand with k2 you will always get the best quality. (no offence to line, they are a great company)

isnt line owned by k2? I have the 09 invaders, love em. so perfect for rails and not bad on jumps. super fun.

Yeah, my disorderly's aren't stiff. If I'm not mistaken the k2 has less sidecut, a 2mm wider waist, and probably a few other structural things that i'm not aware of.

K2 does own Line and the invaders have a 83mm waist where as the disorderly has an 85mm. They are bought also a symmetric ski. What i wanted to do was which ski was more durable and which ski was softer. Can any confirm that the disorderly is at least as soft as the invaders because im getting a mix reaction about them

Unless someone has skied them both, that may be hard. i've never even touched invaders, but my disorderly's seem softer than ar6's, and chronics, both skis i've used.
And to everyone saying about k2 owning line, although this is true, it doesn't mean their skis will be the same, maybe have similar durability since they're made in the same factory, but they don't ski the same. Consider afterbangs versus, pretty much every other ski.

Ok the disorderly is soft not stiff in any way so is the invader. I have skied both and the disorderly is the more durable of the two, dont get me wrong though the invader is a great ski i love them but they are not bomb proof. so if i was you i would go with the disorderly's they are soft enough to jib and will still hold up fine on big kickers.
Thanks for all the quick response you guys... i found a kid that have bought and decided they where almost the same ski except come in different sizes (they both even have the carbon ollie band in them lol) so i went with a disorderly becaus i could get that in a 169 instead of a 171 and it has a fatter mid
