09 AR6 MOUNTING QUESTION

WERD! NEW TO THIS...

I WANT TO SKI 50% PARK 50% GROOMERS

IM NOT SURE WHAT TO TELL THE TECH

i could say -1 or -2 from true center but really need to know more about your level of skiing, height, weight, how much switch skiing you want to do?
 
i have the 181's -2.5 back and they are great for everything from groomers to rails and jumps... when im on the groomers i feel like they are mounted for all mountain and when im landing switch and spinning in the park they feel like ther center mounted. i do haveta lean back a lil when i hit some powder but then they are fine. thers actually a mark on the ski for -2.5 so the tech wont screw up the mounting
 
AND WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRUE CENTER, CORE CENTER AND DEAD CENTER?

I MOST LIKELY WANT TO TELL THE TECH -2 FROM TRUE CENTER?
