checked searchbar not much info on the 08's so....

im basically sold on the 08 troublemakers...

i was just wondering what you guys have heard about durability and how they should hold up???

I imagine they'll be fine. I don't think they have much of a history of falling apart. ( never owned a pair though, maybe i shouldnt be talking)

I own a pair of 06 TMs which don't have reinforced edges but they changed that with 07 so I imagine that the 08s are pretty durable

trouble-makers kind of break easy, fun ski but if u actually throw down u'll be lucky to have them last a month, just my experience with them.

well, by no means would i say i am really good.

i can throw 5s pretty good id say.

but i do hit up the rails a good amount and i was more worried about that than anything....

my 07's lasted all season. no problems at all, i loved them. bthe 08's as i recall are very similar to the 07's. except i believe they are going to be a true twin and suggested to ride true center. and when you look at the bases of next years TM's you still see the gaudy reinforceing plate. so thats stayin the same. so they should be the same basic ski. i'd go with this years because i can't really see anyone skiing next years cuz they are so ugly

i have completly destroy my tm 07 there a 6 inche egde that cam apart the reinforcement aint worth shit but i like them so i dont care but i abuse them too

yea im also thinkin of gettin them they have those sick reinforced edges and i hit rails mostly so thats good.

no problem man. i'm startin to like the topsheet a lot more too. i'd only get them if they have some new tech in them over last years

I had the original 05's and if it wasn't for a big spikey rock they would've lasted two seasons, which is pretty good. They're much more durable than Lines, Libertys and Salomons.

definatly can back up my 07 TMS have held up very well. don't know much about next years though. I'll probably get a pair in october.

i hav the 08 and they have been fine so far. chipped the topsheets and what not but durability has been good just make sure u de tune those edges so they slide smoooth. you hav prob seen me at mt snow wit em....thats me ha. sidecut lil diff and now 80mm which i think is perfect. laters
