08 Skis whats everyone gettin

I know, but I have Maden's right now, and adding another two pairs of

skis would be insane without selling them. And I'm on the same lines as

you, I cant ski anything under 110 either, it feels strange and

unnatural. Riding my Madens all season made my quads double in width, I

swear to god.

Whats ON3P putting out this year?
 
and thats bullshit he has a flawed pair then becasue ive had mine all year and i puposly delamed them to get new ones from warrenty
 
I was actually thinking of the same two pairs of skis to add to my collection. It's definitely justifiable in my mind...
 
no they were the 2 years ago model but i bought them brand new this year and they were all chiped up and shit plus they were 155 which will be to small and i asked dynastar if i could have some 165s and they said if they dont have any of the 2 years ago model theyll give me 165
 
they're quite different so i hear

if you ride lots of pow u could get both

bacons are supposed to be like snowboards

and are really for fun

while hellbents

are rockered and for serious pow riding

both are supposed to be fun everywhere

 
That's enough reason for me to ride fat sticks...after having the 130s I don't think anything will feel that big to me anymore.
 
the tnks look sooo sick for next year! i want them soooooo badly. but they must suck balls in everything but park. i mean they have a very small tip and tail
 
i know there isnt such a name, but they are fks bindings, with a din to 14. i dont know what else to call them, so i just say fks140s. and 184ish size would be awsome, why do they make such short skis?
 
Can't really say, I guess they figure that most people wouldn't buy a park-oriented ski over a 180.

I'm interested now, do you have pics of this FKS 140?

i REALLY need new skis. ill probably get the invaders or trouble makers. which one is better for the money and what will be the prices (appr.)

why is everyone from the east getting such fat skis? what do you get 1 maybe 2 pow days? must be fun to shred big fat noodles in the park. I think Im gonna go with the troublemakers or the dumonts, maybe anthems
 
dude there -1.5 from center. I use them as my all mountian so there not true center. It doesnt sacrifice anything for park
 
i highly doubt it, all i heard this year was how a bunch of kids on the east had gone to fat pow skis, i saw one kid all year with vicious' in the park...
 
i cange my mind... PIMPs (not sure about size), dumonts 181, 181 thrusters, silencers, or 181. help me decide...
 
My skis are 2yrs old and too small. They're also scratched up a ton. That being said, possibly Ar6, but who knows.
 
I have a pair of rossi ghetto's ... i know the name is retatded .. but they ski very well in the park and are defineatly more durable then last years in terms of edge durabilty. Unfortunately the topsheet material is still the same so they chip a fair amount... but this is only cosmetic damage. And the graphics are really dope.
 
Iv had 12 pow days where the snow was at or past my knees, 6 where it was below my knees. I think buying a pair of jps paid itself off
 
Dude, have you ever skied on reverse camber skis, let along tour on them? The small amount of surface area (especially on the hellbents) would make it pretty tough for skins to be useful. And even traversing/walking with my ARGs is a bit of a pain, you are constantly stepping on your skis cause they are so fat underfoot and you dont have big tips to keep the separated.

More power to you if you decide to go that route though, just making sure you've thought it through. Everything I've heard says that the duke will be a great binding though, but I just hope you are not expecting to do a lot of skinning on those.

anthems (which are coming 178 as the longest, and 93 underfoot) probably some chronics and another fatty to go with my bc's
