anyone know if they're doin' allright? i assume they are, they did quite well this past year... but jibij had their name up on their site because they still had some newsprint polycargo left, and now they took 'em off. don't know if they sold out or what, but usually they leave up the brand names and say "no items" if they're waiting for stuff to come in.

also, proctorjones.com had aeryx up on their clothing line and said "new aeryx items coming soon" and they took it off at the same time as jibij.

cosco, anyone else know what's up?

lies. coscos wearing it. lets hope it doesn't fall through like ninthward did with their clothing

and they are the same thing as predator. so i doubt it. lies

Just because Cosco has it doesn't mean its lies. His could/probably is a sample.

Does suck though. Their 08 line up at SIA was amazing.

yeah he's on their team so they were probably samples

that would suck if they went under, they made some cool shit

I sent Ethan (owner of Aeryx) a message a long time ago on myspace about the 07-08 stuff and this was his reply.

Hey, what's up man? Next year's stuff is pretty off the hook, purple

denim is big, and there's a brick wall print that's dope too...

I'm actually stepping aside from Aeryx though, I've got a few

freelance projects that I'm working on, and I've also got something

else in the works that I'm going to keep everyone posted on as it comes

together... I'll still be around for a little while though, so you can

hit me up whenever...

Considering that a bunch of the reps lost their jobs, and they haven't even begun production, it's pretty safe to say it's done. Even if they were to start making it now, the clothes wouldn't be ready till mid december at the earliest.

"..ya aeryx dropped the whole team, its nto aeryx goign under its predator and they own them....so gay but whatever"

a message I got from ethan.

Yo, thanks for the good word, I actually left the company a while ago

to pursue some other things, but it's a bummer that they weren't able

to keep the momentum rolling. Aeryx was a really cool thing that I was

fortunate enough to be part of, and it opened the door to a lot of

great things and a lot of great people, so I can't be too upset. Thanks

for the props, it was rad that people such as yourself were really into

what we were doing and so supportive, and that's what made it so

rewarding. Thanks again, and keep shredding.

No way. Damnit... what is happening to the freesking industry?!?!?!??!?!? Good things come and go, and in the end, it's always large companies which last, who may not neccesarily be making the best stuff. We've lost Siver & Aeryx now... who's left?
