looking at skis for next year. want a soft buttery ski, light. 07/08 but preferabley 08/09.

skis i dont want:

08/09 invader or anthem

07/08 t-hall

for reasons anonymous.

thanks for advice

i was gonna say the same thing about the kung fujas. i ride invaders and i would suggest them but its clear u dont want to ride the same thing everybody else is riding. take a look at the amplid township, thats one that i have my eye on but not ready to stray from line skis yet.

kung fujas is basically the old seth pistol, which would not qualify as light or overly buttery. townships would indeed be a good call i think.

really? i thought the kung fujas was gonna be super buttery and symmetrical. whats replacing the fujative then sense they arent making it anymore?

k thanx any more suggestions?

i got a few im thinkin of now:

Atomic Urban Punx

Ninthward M.I.P.

Bluehouse MR

Amplid Township

Kung Fujas

is the kung fujas light?

not really. think more about the disorderly if u wanna do k2, symmetric sidecut/flex. when i hand flexed them i didnt think they had that much pop, but a lot of people skiing them say different.

the punx are the only one of the group ive skied, but i love them. super buttery and ridiculously light.

out of this list, with your specifications, the obvious winner to me is the urban punx. reasons= buttery as a noodle and light as a feather. now, if it wasnt for your preference against anthems, i would say them because i ride them and they are the best ski ever............but thats beside the point...id go with punx out of that list, my second choice would be the township.

^ so gay that henrik's pro model only comes in 163 and 173!!
oh and ya get the atomic urban punx, i rode them this whole season and they're exactly what u are looking and they are just my favorite ski ever sooo sick in the park!!

no bwoy, that's wrong... Henrik Harlaut pro = 172cm (163cm was published but it's wrong), Mickael Deschenaux-Comte pro = 176cm
