its pretty much self explainitory..... its a strap that you attach your poles to so when you hike you only have to carry your skis in your hand.... it holds your poles

I can't believe people dont like it because it's different. I think it's awesome that after tons of companies have designed thousands of jackets that are all shaped exactly the some someone at salomon was actually creative enough to make something different and cool looking. I love it, I wonder if they are gonna have it in any other colors that'd be sweet...
