uh i went to the salomon website(japan) and they have foils and gun labs and they look the exact same as they do here, so they are probably the 06-07 skis

^thats what i thought, it doesnt make sense, both economically and logically, for a company to make two versions of each ski. why would they be different in japan? i.e shoya rides on the normal salomons not any "special" jap model. no other company makes different products for different country, think about it , its an int. co.

Salomon (whose graphix have always sucked) has different graphics on their Japan skis- FACT

K2 does it also

It would be poor marketing to sell the same ski in every market - THINK about it

I am leaving for SIA Vegas in a few days...I have a garage full of 07 k2 skis, my neighbor is the nor cal salomon rep, my roommate the norcal k2 rep and just down the road is the marker/technica/volkl man...but then again I may not know much...
