since im a graphic whore.... i want the 07 msp's .... how do they hold up in the park.... and i read they are really light is this true
 
well this years was very durable and a little on the stiff side. so i wouldn't think that it would change that drastically for next year. and ive heard that it is possibly lighter but will still be faitly durable and is obviously going to hold up in the park well, never heard any complaints.
 
I got my pair in Jan and they have riden really well. The ski is reasonably light but with a binding nothing amazing. I absolutely love them, they spin so nicely. I got an edge compression after hitting a hidden rock but has been bomb proof since even after the repair. I have the 187 and i think the graphics are such a step forward. Lots of people have been asking about them.
 
yuah they are an excellent ski, but the only thing bad about 4frnt is there warranty. which is basically nothing, or so ive heard.
 
On the subject of 4frnt, has anybody looked at the edges on the VCT? They have a break in them around the tip, it that wierd to anybody else? The new MSP charges hard and is tough.
 
i have this years msp 180 and they held up great in the park, the topsheet gets beat up pretty quickly. my tail delamed at the end of the season but otherwise you will love them. i find them to be a great ski for park, groomers, steeps, whatever its a great ski
 
yeah they are surprisingly fun in the park, after going back to stls the same day, i feel like the msps spin better just because there is actual weight on your feet. it's weird. they have held up well too.
 
I've heard that too. If you get the msp's hope that they hold up, cause from some of the stories on this site it'a hella hard to get a new pair of something happens.
 
Fuck you. 4FRNT warrenty is DOPE!!

I live in Norway and I have a fractured core and I sent pics of the skis and description of how it happened etc. and I got mail from M.S. himself saying that I'll get new skis from the Norwegian distributor.

And I'll possibly get the 07's.

HA! Beat that.
