With the Armarda ANT being a 191 they changed the JP Julian to a 188, but it is infact the exactly the same length as the 191. Fact.

To clarify, it actually is 188, and the original model 191 JP vs Julien was in fact 188cm. They just decided to accurately report the length the next year. It had nothing to do with the ANT being made.
