07/08 rossignol skis

ya its called the scratch steeze...honestly ugliest ski ever made; hopefully its just a prototype or the womens or childrens ski.
 
The Lineup:

Ghetto - Park and Pipe specific ski. Random red and core checkers with drain pipe and dotted lines with arrows. The graphic is hard to explain. Replacing the FS.(I'll post a pic)

Scratch Brigade - All mountain twin. Replacing the BC, wider. Pinstripe graphic with a man in a suit with a gun. My favorite Rossignol Graphic to date. (I'll post a pic).

STZ or Super Scratch - 110 underfoot. Deep Snow? Cliff hucks? Pillow Lines? This is the ski Sage has been shreding on for a few weeks now.
 
Lets hope the others are better than the STEEZE.

Brigade sounds kinda cool. And possibly the dimesions on the Brigade?

awful graphics especially after looking at the dimensiona. this is an awful topsheet for a powder/backcountry ski, what were they thinking?
 
those graphics are amazing. i really want those skis- to bad im broke. maybe two years from now ill buy this model.
 
point taken, I just really don't care for the graphics, the brightness is good with mr just not the graphics
 
yeah im seriously hoping my wrs's break at the end of the year so i can get a pair of those off warranty
 
Sage Cattabriga is not a faggot, the STZ looks like an ILL Carebear acid-trip. They probably gave them a retro-new school graphic like that to keep Wangsta's like you skiing public enemys in the park until your balls are big enough to stomp pow. Btw pay attention, color splat retro art is all over the industry progression in skiing and snowboarding.
 
Simple terms dumbass? Mad color in graffiti or mural style was the rage in clothes, art, music etc in the 80's. Hence the term retro. Ski companies are bringing it back, hence the term new-school.
 
I hated the graphics of the STZ when I first saw them online, but now that I got to ride them and see them in person the graphics really grew on me. They are sick skis.

from old to new

scratch fs- ghetto

sprayer bc- bling

scratch bc- brigade

steeze is just new and big. my friend said they were kinda sluggish

i think thats right.. which would mean the sprayer fs disappeared

 
i agree 100%. they actually look really cool in person. definitely grew on me as well. the dimensions are fucking perfect. i'm so pumped to get a pair next season.

think about the name of the ski "steeze"... it's all kind of a joke. the graphic is definitely the antithesis of what we would currently refer to as steeze. it is kind of a satire on current ski graphics. shit is getting too gnarly with blood and skeletons and guns and shit. i don't want to get scared when i look down at my skis. this graphic is fun and easy going.
 
The STZ looks like vh1's best week ever intro w/ all the colors and shit, but its growing on me. I don't know if I'll get it but I may not be so quick to make fun of someone with it
 
That's something a homophobic says to guys who are better looking, smarter, and get more chicks than them. Don't hate, you should probably come out of the closet.
 
The new school style is a spin on retro art if that is an easier explanation for you. Just look at most of ARMADA's skis as an example. I am not going to let some kid claim progression as homosexual beacause it's not "gangsta" enough. Don't call me out if you don't want a fight dumbass. If you have anything else to say PM me.
 
Good point, I have no idea who I am talking to. I got fired up and I apologize. I was just trying to make a point and you got in my way. I am passionate about skiing and I talk a lot of shit.
