Does anyone know the measurements for these skis? Like how far back from center is the recommended line back? How about the addicted line?
 
Now how much of a difference would it make if i went +3 of the addicted line? It would end up being +1 of center. How about +4? I have ridden +1 of center before, and i really liked it.

And they are my pure park ski, so that is not an issue.
 
Oh forward of centre on a park ski is great. I dont think it would be nice on a symetric ski, but the ghettos might be good for it. I did my Ar6's +2cm forward, and they were so nice to ride switch with.

However, 2 cm forward is QUITE a change, maybe try 1cm forward,a dns ee how that feels. You will get the added tail length that your after, and the feel for carving switch.

Its a gamble, you could love it, or hate it. I would try 1cm forward.
 
Hm. I did like 1cm forward, but i do kinda think that +2 would be a fun change to try.

And you are right, it is quite a gamble.

The ski isn't symmetric. Mounting the ski backwards will give you the +1 or +2 feel you want, and you will still be centered at the radius of the ski, which is ideal for carving.

If you mount +2 forward from centre, you will be fighting the natural radius of the ski, and having to do more work to make the ski work/carve.
 
im pretty sure your fighting the natural radius of the ski if you mount anywhere other than the farthest back recommended. and mounting backwards is just stupid. and its not hard to carve a ski that is mounted forward of recommended. you should try it, then post your opinion
