I am 6'0" feet, 175lbs, have a size 12 foot, although the lefts a little bigger than the right, and there a little wide. I ski resorts; groomers and parks mostly. And also backcountry 2 to 3 times a month. So whats a good boot????
 
yeah most of it is what fits you right. just go try on stuff. for me ive had real good luck with atomic just because the boots seem to fit me perfect
 
Spk's sound perfect, you have about the same size as me,and I have a pretty wide foot. Go try on some 28.5's and have a bootfitter help.
