07-08 08-09 Anthems

Seeing as how I can pick up a nice pair of 07-08's for a hundred less from my local store, is there anything structurally different that would be advantageous for me to have in the 08-09's?
 
arent they the same exact ski just different graphics of topsheet? i would buy the 07/08 imo they look cooler and u save money
 
if they are the same structure wise go 07 08 cheaper and way better looking then lightning and pianos
 
They might have fixed the whole topsheet chipping thing in 08-09 but they are structurally the same ski. Of you dont mind the whole top sheet thing go 07-08 thats what i did
 
i think you ment topsheet but that's ok. yeah topsheets chip, its what happens detune your edges alot and you'll be better off. but anyway them skis are sickzor! get a pair. anyyear
 
The 07-08 look so much better. I think im getting those too, or possibly the Invaders from the same year
 
since the 07-08s are the same as the 08-09s, is there a difference in the construction between the new limited editions and the 07 through 09s?
 
as long as they are a new ski there is nothing different, many places are out of the 07/08 bc it is such a popular ski. if you can find one from last year, pick it up
 
nope, apparently they dont have the carbon ollie band? or like last years do, but you cant see it? something like that
