05/06 TM's Gay Graphics

TM's are an absolutely horrible ski, no matter what graphic they put on it.

Yeah, they're pretty awful... but don't worry, if you jib, you won't be skiing on them for very long anyways.

i just got some from my friend just for park this spring...best park skis ever and they can actually carve outside the park which is an added plus. haven't had any edge problems wiff dem yet, but i haven't done any disasters with them...yet.

I hate to sound like some little kid who thinks that my ideas of the industry and each company are the way they should be but shit, you're doing all this great stuff for Dynastar (like that shop guide you put together on how old money establishments can build a newschool base and such) and I wouldnt expect you to go to Dynastar and get them to build their version of a prophet or Jp/Julien (baby steps, right?) but i'd think that cool graphics would be the easiest thing to pitch...

Man ive had my TM's for about 3 months and the topsheet looks like its been 3 years. The thing is like ripped to shit with chunks missing and scratches everywhere. The thing is i barley hit rails, anybody else have this problem??

what the fuck is all the shit about the horrible edges on TMs?? I stick to last years model and have been skiing them since before christmas... Also been railing A LOT even on those no-rusty steel rails the edges stick to gether on mine...I cant find one negativ thing about TMs...

TMswitch06- how would doing rails affect your topsheet? Maybe you should a) learn how to ski, so that your skis don't crush, or b) learn a new trick other than a mute.

TMs are good skis, edges have some durability issues, but if you ae careful you should get over a season out of the edges even with doing raisl and boxes. They would be the ebst ski of all tiem if they had good edges since they rip in every aspect of skiign except rails.

dyanstar makes alright skis, but holy shit those graphics are absolutely the worst & most unoriginal i've ever seen

ninthward is making some skis and maybe fucking some shit up on the side, and i love it.

before i bought my TMs last year i skied on most of the twins, i ended up going with the TM's because of how they skied. after a few months of skiing the durability did not hold up (my only complaint). on monday i demo'ed most of next years skis. the tm's still ski the same as the ones i have (2004), but for next year there are MUCH nicer skiing skis than the tm's. pretty much what im trying to say is in my opinion tm's used to be the best ski, but not anymore.

on a side note, next years mad trix or whatever they're called are REALLY nice - definitely my favourite pair for the '06 season!

nice ski and i like the graphics on the new ones and crichtons....hate the old tm graphics. but anyway they are weak thats the only downfall. plus dynastar only gives me one pair a year so by the end im either not skiing or skiing on soemthing with no edges, broken tip, and missing base.

I like the graphics, they may not be hand drawn shit, but they are well put together. I think the hand skulls and guns thing is getting a little overplayed.

i think the graphics suck ass. the remind me of the old dynastar 4x4s. its the fucking scream mask with flames. it sucks. and dynastar isnt willing to admit that they have shitty edges and try and fix them. the old TMs are shit out of the park. they wash out if you try and actually ski on them. this years are way stiffer so well see how they ride

the skis are sick outside the park and in, ive skiied tons of skis while ive had my tm's and i still like my tm's most, and that includes chronics.

i seriously doubt half the kids complaining have actually ridden them, and i bet less than 1/4 have actually broken some.

maybe, but i myself have seen two pairs break, broken a pair, and prereleased twice in 30 seconds while riding them. so i'm allowed to bitch about them

thier biflaw is def durability but they are also painfully soft ( i am a big guy so i notice alot more). they have anice radius and everything and are pretty good in the pipe but just the whole cheapness of the ski i would never buy em

do it for yourself and no one else
 
the tms are sick. everyone i ski with uses them and the only complaint is the weak sidewall/edges. other than that they are fine.

and for that bastard who said he could bitch about the SKIS becasue he prereleased, its a binding problem not the ski you douche.

TM's are and always will be sick skis and the Big Troubles are pretty dope too, I have skied them. I skied over sixty hard days on a TM from Feb 03 to March 04 and my friend threw his first 1080 ever the day I sold them to him. Can anyone else say that about any ski ever? No I didn't slide rails on them, but still.

And as for the Line binding it is a sad sad story. I'm on my third pair and sometimes they are awesome and somtimes they just break. It is the most hit or miss thing ever. If you set it perfect it does pretty well but nobody ever reads the tech manual :(

PS: 06 Line skis are the best, I've skied everything twin for 06 and it's the truth.

i demoed the new model and i thought they were real nice. good turns, real light skis even with demo bindings on them, and real nice graphics. i am going to buy them for sure.
