the english muffin except instead, one ski will be grabbed by both hands(left ski grabbed true tail by left hand and true nose by right) making it so that you would have to break your leg sideways in three places at the knee and completely outstretch your arms like the wings of an eagle

unfortunately you would only be able to do this grab once with each leg before getting prosthetics
