If you were planning on riding in the park this year it looks like youre going to have to figure out somewhere else to ride because i just was at this local shop and there was a rossignol rep in there and he said that he talked to the Chancellor of Park Creation and Construction and he said the Chancellor said that no parks could be made this year due to a recall of snowcats and pipe dragons and shit like that, plus mammoth said they were sick of being told that there park was really awesome due to their change from a corporate controlled mountain (due to the sale to P.E.T.A) to a reformed indie-downwithcorporateamerica mountain. sorry doods.
 
actually it wouldnt really matter to me much if i lived near the mountains. but the hill by me has 38m of vert, so im not sure if i could handle no park
 
I also heard that North Korea has been secretly sending rockets to the dark side of the moon since 1989 and have now transformed it into a fully operational Death-star-like-battle-station.

Our only hope was to shoot someone off of a large park jump into space where they can dismantle the moon, rock by rock.

Co-incidence that parks will not be built this year... I THINK NOT!!!
 
My mountain doesn't have a park anyways...and I really have a hard time believing this...seeing as many resorts already have parks up.
 
Damn the chancellor of park building. Damn him to hell!!!

I think we should just get good ol' George to Nuke the moon. Maybe then we could have park skiing this season.
 
shut up, this isnt really true is it? I only live in ohio and i hva never heard of a chancler or whatever that is.
 
Its true, I talked to the Dean at the park and pipe building university and he said they wouldn't even be able to have classes this semester because they had to send all their machines back to the manufacturers. Hopefully by 2006-2007 most resorts will have their park groomers back. Although I hear many Eastern resorts may not be so lucky.
 
o man, i knew this would happen eventually. i had a felling about the death star thing too. luckily ive been testing my home made x-wing and i tyhink i could take the moon down, just like shotting wombats back on tatoiine.
 
Yeah... old news. They knew this was going to happen, they just had to get all the legalities straightened out with the mountains. Not the chancellor's fault at all, really, so don't give the guy too much shit over it. Looks like you'll have to be building your own hits... I hear PBP and L1P are already working on a big private setup. Not sure where.
 
i saw it coming for countless years...the chancellor held off for as long as he could, but he did what he had to do. rest in peace twin tip skis. however, on the bright side, this does allow us to dust off the 209cm k2 straight skis and descente one pieces and rip the mountains a new ones with our knees together and skis never more than three inches apart. VIVA LA REVOLUCIÓN!
 
the senior wrangler didn't seem to be too hopefull either. he seems to think there is a huge flaw in the way pipe dragons have been designed with the current fabric of space time. it could be another 3 years before an integral solution is found.

Why should the PETA be involved? Resorts make their own parks, there are no chancellars. I really doubt the recall on ALL snowcats and pipe dragons.
 
things are getting out of control. i have been spending my nights with a loaded glock guarding my private rail supply because the locals are going mad, i shot a man because we was trying to steal my flat box. gotta do what you gotta do.

It's true. I heard all the Zauggs were getting recalled for some transmission reason I think. Any ways, no pipe or park this year. Maybe just a few rails, but they have to do everything with shovels
 
Does anyone know what the reason is for recalling the equipment?

If it has been working this long what the hell is the problem.

If it is not broke don't fix it.
 
Hahah, it's funny, but partly true.

There will be no SUPERPIPES this year. Zaugg's did get recalled, that's why Lake Louise isn't building theirs this year, same with Big White, Nakiska... Sunshine may because they have the old regular pipe dagon. Check it out, it's true. ALberta boys have all heard about Louise not building the pipe, now you know why.
 
i heard the muffler bearing were using a 30 grade oil when they needed at least a 50 grade. That's why mammoth can't build stuff anymore. Freeze had inside info on this, that's why they shut the mag down before they would lose money without any park shots.

Because of this news and the rumors I've been hearing all my twin tips are for sale. PM me for liquidation prices.
 
Dude, its true! Have you heard of any pipes this year? No, because they aren't making them. Maaaaybe some will have them back by the end of the year, April or May, but unlikely.

I wonder what they will do about the X-Games and Olympics?
 
the rossi rep said that they are working really hard on coming up with something new taht can make pipes but because of all the patents on the ideas of the pipe dragon they can't really figure anything out. so they might have to do it all by hand and shit.

even though i think this is bullshit.. my hill doesnt use specail park groomers. we just use regular groomers, same ones from our runs so i dont have to worry about it even though this kid is just trying to scare some people
