04/05 Seth Pistols

Anyone have any comments about em? I was looking to buy a pair for $100 and if anyone had any thoughts on this that would be great (this a good deal for for 04/05's etc). And if anyone knows about the red and white Diamir AT bindings ($120 a good price?)....

are the 04/05s the one that was the first to look like it had a snowboard graphic spread over the skis so that there was a definite right and left ski? cause if so i own a set of those and last years Seths.

ones with the Union Jack bases. and does anyone know how good they are in park and hard pack?

Didn't Abma and Fujas used to ride those in the park. I recall Abma 270ing on a C-box with them at like Parkasaurus in Freeze way back in the day. I think.

These are my every day ski and I ski in VT. I don't ski park much (at all) but I can tell you they carve on groomers very well, rip the trees, make good short to long radius turns. The only thing that's bad is ice and moguls. It's not like you can't ski moguls on them, but the extra width makes it more difficult. The tails seem to wash out when it's icy too. Other than those two things, these are my favorite skis in my 25 years of skiing.
