has anyone had any bad expieriences with these skis, or the ski from previous years... any suggetions on any other skis? im about 6'2' 180. east coast and i will be goin to Vail this year alot. i ski a good amount of Park and all mountain, and Glades. thanks.

thats origonnaly the ski that i was looking at but i have only heard bad things about it. so im trying to decide between the candides, concepts and scratches.

from what i have heard (i have not ridden the scratches just fyi) i think that the scratches would be the better choice. I have concepts and they aren't overly strong.

Apparently, again it's just hearsay, the scratches are one tough ski.

i'm sick of all this good talk about scratches, they're crap, ONLY good for park, blow all ass out of it, i'd sugest the candide in 180 if you're looking for a good balance with park/all mountain

ok i jus got my 03s in the mail yesterday and would have to say they are some of the sickest skis ive ever seen..... also they are not fuckin 178... they are 180 dynastar made a mistake, they are the exact same size they have always been and that would make the 1080 181 only 1 cm longer which wouldnt make any diff what so ever, by they way im 6'0 165

yeah bigairhuckster is right, the 178 Concept is really 180. I just got my 178 concepts yesterday, they are sooo sick. I can't wait for winter.

if yer between 6 or 6'2' it should be enough ski

they dont break anymore, rossi put in a plate under the binding (it kept on being ripped out) after the first batch were sent out so that problem is solved. they release skis mid season so they can smooth out all the bumps.

 
me and you are like the same, and i ride on candides, b/c they look sick, and they feel like they were built for ppl like us. I weigh 180, but 1 inch shorter

There's only 1 thing worse about not getn sponsored by a favoured ski company, its getn sponsored by disgusting protein bars
