well first you have to get the right size ski. depending on your size, i would say nothing less than a 230cm ski.

definetly, youhit your head on ice, a rail or a rock, a helmet will most likely save your life. you can get a new helmet, you cant get a new head.

well normally i use an iron for bikin waxing and then scrape it off with my burton triangular scraper.
