Title says it.. and I don't really have the time to search through the pages of FS stuff...
I'm looking for new or very slightly used women's setup.. Probably about 168 -172 cm skis and a 10 or 12 din binding. Preferably an all mtn or park twin.. nothing over like 95 underfoot or under 80...
I have them.. and I'd have so say a big no on this. They are super fun for little jibs and stuff, but anything too big and unless you land directly to your feet, its not going to turn out well. Plus getting tech is gonna be tough, b/c they are huge.
Promised pictures and here they are...
And then the next day I got to ski this...
mmm breck pow...
and the next days photos are in the jibij update. Peace.
^thats lame. A bay is sick late season.. and soo nice when you're all antsy in the fall.
But I agree.. its hard to get more than 10 vail days (for me).. so I won't be spending the extra $$ for it.
Skied the 79's the last two days in waist deep pow/trees/groomers etc.. they ripped. I'm actually glad I didn't get the 89's. They wouldn't have fit in my car/the bus/the gondola.. it woulda been a pain the ass in that respect for sure.
But as far as skiing.. they are by far the BEST pow ski I...
^that was one of my issues. I think they'd be clunky in the stuff I'll be trying to get to. Its just so much ski. The 79's are right to the top of my head.
I have like a 316 BSL mounted core center.. I don't really see how'd they be that much different than an EP. I held the two together and they are exactly the same height, The EP has maybe 2 cm more contact length.. and I know plenty of peeps around my height on EP's. So I really don't think...
