I was there for over 2 months. I personally did not think it was all that great. There was a lot of bad weather, rain and tons of wind. The hill was actually closed a fair bit due to the weather. The park is ok, but it's a really small hill. Although, it is a nice country and was fun to visit.

Fresh is the best freeride ski store around hands down. Wouldn't you rather buy your freeride equipment from actual freeride skiers instead of some old racer guy at a normal ski store?

Sounds good, thanks for the replies. I'm thinking that Wanaka sounds like more my style plus it seems to be closer to Snow Park. As long as I can find a place to stay and they have a grocery store and gym to workout at in Wanaka then I think I will go there. Thanks again
