    NEW 4FRNT Site!

Looks good. I would rather have burly skis made in Tunisia than shitty skis made in BC.

College students: how much do you ski?

I skied about 50-70 days last season. Pretty much every single weekend, plus spring break and winter break. For reference, I am at USC in Los Angeles. Our Ski & Snowboard team has a house in Mammoth. ( www.uscsnowsports.org )

    187 MSP w/ LOOK P12TI $80.00!

I can pick them up tonight if they are still available. My 180 MSPs are thrashed to hell and should be relegated to being rock skis. Plus I want something longer.

    California College

As far as SoCal goes, USC, CSULongBeach and UCSanDiego all get places in Mammoth for the season, so even though it is a 4-7 hour drive depending on the school you can get a lot of riding in. I go to USC and have already got 37 days in at Mammoth this season.

Post a Picture of your Goggle Tan THREAD

I just cannot seem to get a google tan this year. Somehow I am immune to the sun now. 35 days at Mammoth, and almost all of them in the sun with no sunscreen. Bah.

    Dakine pack for sale

I just bought a ski jacket/backpack combo from 686, but due to my severe SAC addiction already have a sweet dakine pack. I was hoping to sell this one and offset the cost of the jacket. http://www.686.com/us/products...p;pid=315&menuID=1 That is the pack. Brand new, never used. email me...

    Hitch-hiking

No advice for you, but if I have space I always pick up any hitch hiker with skis or a snowboard. I figure I could be that guy needing a ride to the mountain. I wish everyone accepted that same rule. I have never hitched long distance, but from what people tell me, a sign is critical.

    Feeler: 187 4FRNT MSPS

Actually, I think this MSP is more durable than last year's (and possibly early ones this year). But durability aside, the shape and camber should be the same throughout.

    4FRNT Quality?

I have heard they had some manufacturing problems last year with the option factory up in BC. This year they moved production over to europe, which is supposed to yield much better results. My Huntington Beach MSPs from 3 years ago are still holding up perfectly.
