You've got a huge range of flexes in there. You need to decide if you want a stiff freeride boot or a softer jib boot. The 120 FR is one of the stiffer freeride boots on the market where as some of the soft boots you listed aren't very stiff in comparison. But, try things on or you'll be sorry.

Whoa, they're not THAT bad. The only thing bad about foam is that it doesn't last as long. It's a lot lighter than wood and is as strong at first. But the properties of foam just aren't as condensed as wood....it breaks down faster. The PR is a GREAT ski for the majority of skiers in this...

Good luck finding gotamas. They're a good ski (I have the 183). There are so many other skis out now in that width. Possibilities are endless.

Thanks for the support farkwod. Think about it. You spend $15 on shitty ass poles every year, these will pay for themselves over a few seasons.

I recomend buying a boot that fits! Spend a couple extra bucks on your boots to have them fit correctly. If you don't have the $$$, go to a shop and try on boots until you find the 'most comfortable' one. Now at least you know your size..Then come back and ask questions.

They are a heaveee skis. I Have the FFL in a 200...best ski I've ever owned. But, alas....don't be afraid. If you can get them DO IT. They are so freakin sweet and you won't regret it.

I have a pair for rock skis...as does my lady. She skis em' in a 160 I have them in a 190. LOTS O SKI. Stiff...suck on hardpack (what do you expect) but a fun ski when it's a bit deeper.
