BTW djextrememe, if you're sponsored by Goode ski technologies, who sells them in the midwest. Surely you could find out where I could get a pair of thier midfats eh?
Hey djextreme or whatever the fukk your name is....don't get your panties all in a fuckin wad. If you woulda finished reading my post there was one other line in there that said something pertaining to the subject of his post. Go take your fuckin ritalin, get off your high horse, and say your...
K2 used to have a ski called the kahuna years ago. It was purple/black and was like 90 something at the waist. It was not a tele only ski. I had a pair of those skis about 5 years ago.....they were my first ever powder skis.
when I look at kids' profiles I have seen at least 10 that say they're sponsored by oakley.....so where the fukk are their comments? I hate lying fukkin bastards.
Go for a binding that has a DIN of 12. You could get away with 10, but you'll be better off spending an extra $30 for a better binding.
Go for Look P12, or my favorite Salomon S912Ti
Salomon definantely is not the same. Most of there current skis are changing (aside from Pocket Rocket and 1080) and they are adding 3 brand new skis to their line.
RS4Life-
Sounds like you're doing well, man. You should keep working at the tricks and 'get good' at skiing at the same time. On your way down to the jump work on your carving turns, angulation, pole plants, absorbtion etc.
Go fer it.
I would take everyone that would miss me.......hire some bum to fly me to Argentina on a leer jet. Then I'd hire a heli dude, and ski the steepest, deepest, hardest, biggest cliff huckin, craziest......etc etc run I could find. I'd do that (exploring new runs evertime) until I died. If I died...
On a happy note;
I think you can learn some cool stuff in a year. You can learn how to jump properly, carve great turns, maybe even ski some steeper stuff with a few bumps on it.
Props to those that (as cruz said) want to learn how to ski along with some newschooling. It's important!
