actually, i just found somewhere close to my house where a 1 ft x 4 ft hdpe sheet is $12. Still, is it worth it since i need 4 pieces?

$50 for 16 sqft at 1/4 in, is this stuff worth it? sliding and durability wise. wouldn't other stuff such as acrylic or plexiglass shatter in the cold? i am building a flat down flat box.

i dont know about stiffer either. I have the 05's and they are noodles...which is fun for just screwing around, butters and stuff. However, dont plan on using them for all mountain. They barely hold an edge and cannot handle excessive speed.

I think pictures would be much better. Each person has different materials so pics would help getting a general idea of what is needed.
