^um....unless you have reactors, you cant use the line pre drilled holes. your shop will drill holes your toe and heel piece.

see if you have any plastics stores near your house. I found a place near my house that sold specially cut hdpe adn other plastics.

suggestions on what to use? I have no experience in this area...

measure your screws to see how deep you need to countersink. I just got 3/32 hdpe...the screws i am using need to be countersinked 1/16.

I think it should be flush with the top. My sheet of hdpe is the same thickness as the angle iron

i have them. They are my park skis. They arent very good outside of the park though. They can not compare at all to my atomics on groomers. They are fun, but soft. Also, I only weigh 135.
