Depends on if its a verbal or written warning. Some cops will just "give you a warning" in the sense that they warn you not to speed. Other cops will actually issue you a written warning which will go on your traffic record and can be seen by any cop that runs your license plates.

Its only creepy cuz they use a computer-generated voice so that the narrator won't be recognized by voice. If you listen to what they say its a little extreme, but not creepy. I think this whole thing is pretty sweet.
