you could go to western state in CO, which is about 20 minutes from Crested Butte and its super easy to get into

if you weigh 200 lbs, depending on what you ski, i would consider trying to find a binding with a din up to 12.

burton pants and bonfire pants are also plenty long for tall dudes

karmas or pollards, but if you are as good as you say you are and you want a ski for all mtn/big mtn, i'd go a bit bigger. go for the karma 177 (i think that's the next size up). you definitely want your big mtn ski to be bigger than your park ski.

^agreed. i'm 6'3' and sport the olive green oakley puffy pants and matching puffy jacket in xl. the pants are plenty big and have a zipper on the cuffs to make the leg opening even bigger around you boot
