i plan on using HDPE its a lil pricy but i hear it works great. its like 55 bucks for a 4ftx4ft sheet. but if u still want something cheeper try PVC piping. i hear it works great but you can catch an edge if ur skis have sharp edges.

has anyone built a kink ramp for a smoother transition and maby allowing a steeper drop in if you dont get the pic i can make a better one

ok the drop in is 8ft hight. the down has two 8ft kink sections. then a 16ft box. the box is 1ft wide and 1.5ft tall. i plan on using 1/4 in HDPE or should i use 1/2 in. is it better to have a down ramp off the box or is it unnecessary.
