No. There won't be any rails set up until opening day (hopefully this coming Friday). But there will definitely be a rail garden set up at the bottom for opening day.

Right... or you could think of it as helping out a sick crew of riders/filmmakers from across the country who want to come all the way to NY to film for their next movie. Being able to hit "your" rails with a crew like that is a pretty rare occurrence and is sure to be a damn good time.
