i'm thinking about getting one of these helmets... problem is- i've got kind of a small face and i can't find goggles that fit with the helmet and my face. oh yeah, and i'm broke and i need relatively cheap goggles. does anybody have this helmet that can give me some advise??

it sounds like you're looking for a school where you can get a really good education, but still ski once in a while, too. if you want to look into venturing out to the PNW, check out University of Puget Sound in WA. its a highly reputable school and near some nice mountains- look into it!

haha, i went to REI yesterday to look for a helmet and a salesman was trying to sell a pair of 159 PEs to a guy who is 5'9 or 5'10 and a solid skier too. these people have no clue what the hell they're talking about- it's sad really

you don't need any "hidden compartments" a friend of mine just pours beer into a camelpack bladder and puts it in his backpack before we go roaming around campus for our weekend adventures. just do that!

i say no- just bend them and file down the rubber a bit (if you have bindings with rubber on them)

i think that at 60/40 all mtn/park you should be fine with the pe. this'll be my third season on those skis and i've never had a problem with them. if you get a chance- demo whatever skis you can. thats the best way to figure out what'll work for you. what works for one skier may not work for...
