the liner is the dalbello trufit liner, it is heat moldable but not necessary for a good fit, it can be worn right out of the box.

its def not good down to 0F i'd say coldest i've worn mine with comfort and i've had a pair for 2 seasons was about freezing, 32F, and to add they really stain easily from rusty rails, if you do any park work.

sounds like whoever molded them for you either really fuk'd them up or had no clue what they were doing.

take them to a shop and have a certified tech adjust and release test them... if your worried about pre-release state the type as III+. if you still have pre-release after this take them back and they will further adjust them.

SWIX and always temp specific, but i use ch8 or ch7 mostly on my park skis.

we carry nomis at my shop and i've tried all the sizes on. they are slightly larger in each size than a standard sizing think large nomis jacket = xl spyder, orage or dna jacket. i am 5'8" and can rock the xl easily, but i like my fit steezy! if you want pm me and i'll measure the zipper...

i have to agree i own both the shiv and encore and tested the shiv last year both great helmets simular performance nicer options on the shiv and bit lighter but for the price the encore is amazing. and goggle interface on both are very clean and have no problem with or without a beanie underneath.

ok... the il moro comes with the dalbello thermo id silver liner which is tons better than the trufit liner that comes in the rampage. to mold it requires a skilled tech that has molded intuition liners before. if the packing has occured in the ankle pocket all kryptons have a small ankle...
