    the plans look good, but id be careful with waterproofing it, cause one time i used stain, and it made it super slipery, so if you can use a water proof wood

    yeah it does, but only if its really cold, and if you like 270 on or something, so i just don't use mine if its below zero

    Box top sheet and coping

    with that type of construction for the coping liquid nails should work good, and 1/4 inch will be fine on top of the plywood, but i would go with more supports then every 2' 4", like every 1' 6", And the coping should be just a little bit higher then the topsheet.

    iv used pvc for about 2 years of skiing, and the only time i ever catch edges is when i do broken grinds, and iv had seshes with other people and no one else does, so yeah you'll be fine

    only pixar makes blue ray right now, so unless a bunch of other companies start making them, its pretty much pointless

    Liquid nails?

    use nails for 2x4's and wood that needs to be sturdy, and u should probably use nails or screws to hold on pvc, but for boxes, i find it works really good to use a wood to plastic exterior liquid nail bonder thing to hold on the topsheet, but other then that just use nails or screws
