hmmmm well a lot of it is just personal preference. But i would recommend getting personal footbeds. Everyone says it, but it's true, they're so much more comfortable. You might not even need new boots, maybe you could just throw some custom footbed in your left boot. Any decent ski/board shop...

the only reason i would prefer location segments is because you can see how a group totally slayed a jump. it gives you a feel for the entire session they had on a booter if you see a bunch of guys take off on it consecutively
