put some lighter fluid on them, let sit for 35 seconds. Takes them off like a charm. Be sure so wipe off the area and clean it with water because if you leave the lighter fluid on it, it will eat away at the topsheet. You shouldn't have a problem though, its extremely easy.

I forget what its called but at an art supply store you can buy a clear plastic film and apply it on the top sheet of your skis and then blow-dry it, the heat makes it shrink and it will fit perfectly snug. This might help with chipping. Ill try and find out the name.

im not sure epoxy would work seeing as it will probably crack when you put the screws back in, you want something that comes hard but doesnt crack. SOmething just to put the tightness back in the hole.
